| Lessons: |
We usually take our surf students to the
beautiful Short Sands Beach in Oswald
West State Park in Oregon, though it is possible to have a lesson at
a different location. The lessons include dry land instructions and practice
in the water for the total of 2 hours per day. Equipment package includes
surfboard, wetsuit, booties, gloves & hood.
Our surf instructor, Todd Welter, grew up surfing in Lincoln City, Oregon.
He started surfing in 1986 after a trip to Hawaii. In a way, he has always
been involved in surf lessons, as he taught many of his friends how to surf.
Todd has been an official surf instructor since 2003. |
