If you would like to order any items, please call us during our business hours at 206.632.7750. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards over the phone. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. We do our best to keep availability information current on the site, but occasionally we do run out of things. In this case, we will notify you within 1-2 business days. In most cases we can get the item to you in additional 7-10 business days.

You may return or exchange merchandise within 30 days from shipment date. All items must be in original packaging, in new condition with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. You may receive a refund, replacement or store credit (Gift Certificate). Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective. Returns may be sent by US Standard Mail or UPS Ground shipping. Returns/Exchanges must be sent freight prepaid. We do not accept COD's, do not send call tags or accept 3rd party billing. If your return is due to our error, we will reimburse your shipping costs for ground/standard shipping only. Sale products may be returned only when defective. Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged at our retail store.
If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, your claim needs to be handled through the shipping company.

United States: we ship for free orders of over $50 (before tax if applicable) via USPS Priority Mail (except for oversized items). For orders under $50 we will estimate a shipping fee and add it to your order total. The amount of shipping fee will depend on the shipping method and weight and size of your order.
All international orders including Canada will be charged a flat rate of $20 regardless of order size.

Oversized items such as sufboards, surfboard bags, bodyboards, skimboards and longboard skateboards are not always available for shipping.

If your order is being shipped outside of Washington State, no sales tax will be charged.
We will add applicable local sales tax to all orders shipped within Washington State.
For international orders, we are not responsible for duty, taxes or fees that you may be required to pay in the destination country.
